Bed In Rome allows guests to choose between two cancellation policies when booking a property.
Modérée:Full refund 14 days before the arrival, no refund less than 14 days before arrival.
Non-remboursable:No refund will be granted upon cancellation, regardless of the time of cancellation.

Security Deposit: A specific amount of security deposit will be transferred in bank transfer or blocked on your credit card prior to your arrival. It will be released up to 5 business days after your check-out date.
